We are 21+ every night.
What hours are you open?
Wednesday & Thursday: 9 p.m.-2 a.m.
Friday & Saturday: 10 p.m.-3 a.m.

Depending on the night, there’s everything from Jersey Club to EDM to Techno at Q.
Do you have a cover?
Yes, there is a cover most nights. Check the event pages for the advance-sale price. Cover charge subject to change at any point.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange pick up.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
Do you have an ATM in the club?
Yes. It is located in the front hallway, near the box office.
If I buy a ticket through a third party, is there a way to make sure it is a valid ticket?
Q Nightclub does not assume responsibility or any liability for tickets purchased on the secondary market
Can I change the name on my ticket?
We do not change names on tickets. As long as you have a printed ticket, or the ticket on your phone, you will be allowed into the show.
Does the name on my ID need to match the Ticket?
A valid government-issued ID is only needed to prove you are at least 21 years old and to enter the club. Your ID does not need to match the ticket.
If I purchase more than one ticket, does my party need to arrive together?
No, you can give either a printed ticket or an electronic ticket to the rest of your party. But make sure you give a different ticket to everyone. Once a ticket has been scanned, it cannot be used a second time.
I can’t find my electronic ticket, what do I do?
Please send an email to email@example.com with your name and the last-four digits of the credit card you used to purchase the tickets and we can reissue the tickets.
I can’t make it to the show, can I get a refund?
All sales are final. We may be able to issue a refund in extreme situations on a case-by-case basis. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will evaluate your situation.
Does ‘Q’ stand for anything?
No, Q does not stand for anything. There’s only one reference, and if you are a Trekkie, you will get it.
